AP Royal Pop started with a simple frustration — aftermarket straps that didn't fit right, faded fast, or looked cheap next to a Royal Oak. We set out to make straps that match the watch in precision, material quality, and design intent.
Precision Fit
Every strap is CNC-cut to match the Audemars Piguet & Swatch Royal Pop case channel within 0.1mm tolerance. No gaps, no overhang — flush alignment that looks factory.
Material First
Vulcanized FKM rubber sourced from the same suppliers as OEM watch brands. 316L stainless steel hardware with brushed finishing to match AP case treatment.
Color as Identity
We don't make generic black straps. Each colorway is designed around dial contrast, wrist presence, and how the strap photographs on the wrist in natural light.
Limited by Design
Small production runs of 50–100 units per colorway. When it's gone, it's gone. This keeps quality high and gives collectors something worth owning.

We're a small team of designers and watch collectors based between Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Every member of our team owns and wears a Royal Oak daily — we're building products we personally use.
Our design process starts with the watch face. We study how light hits the dial, what tones emerge at different angles, and how the case interacts with skin tone. Only then do we develop a colorway.
Each strap goes through 3 rounds of prototyping before production. We test for fit tolerance, color accuracy under different lighting, and long-term wear comfort over 30+ days of daily use.
