Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

5. Orders and Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

• Hong Kong / China: 2–4 business days
• United States / Europe: 5–8 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days
• Express (global): 2–3 business days (additional fee)

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@aproyalpop.com with your order number.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
• Color exchanges are free — we ship the new color before you return yours

Limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

8. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

• Stitching separation under normal use
• Hardware failure (buckle, spring bars)
• Material degradation not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear (scuffing, minor discoloration over time).

AP Royal Pop is an independent aftermarket accessory brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Audemars Piguet SA or any of its subsidiaries.
